Building a streaming pc

my main rigs is 

x470 MSI gaming pro carbon

1700x @ 4.1ghz

ddr4 48gb @ 3000

1080ti SLI

 

I intend to stream some aaa game, i worry a lot about the FPS drop, would adding another pc help me solve this problem ? I tend to use the second pc without capture card option

I can get a pair of L5640 2,26 turbo 2.8 6c/12t + dual 1366 mobo + 24gb ram ( i haven't decided yet for the graphic card in this case )

with this set up can i get decent fps on my main rig and 1080p 60fps for the stream vids ?

Nah your main rig itself will do. Games wont fully use all those cores yet.

 after seeing the fps drop in this vid and other vid i'm worrying.......the fps drop kinda too much though

You should just stream and check yourself. If it dips to much then build a separate system.
