I'm wondering if anyone has done :

1) a lego case (size atx/matx)

2)measured the heat (I don't think this will be much of a problem as the motherboard won't be indirect contact with the bricks and with good airflow it can easily withstand 50-70c if I use the transparent bricks but just to be sure)

3) what kind of problems did they encounter?

Also if Linus will ever showcase such a thing in the YouTube channel .---.(make a lego case).

I don't know what to tell you other then the fact that all I found were micro itx or just missing the whole pc .... but ok...

and also it's not only about the build but also testing the pc/case if everything is ok and if it will damage (severity of the damage)the case when hit on the side (why the side since it will be the long and flat which makes it weak but that depends on the build)since mistake can occure and if I could find someone who actually does use a lego case then it would make it easier to start from zero and to know what to avoid....

but thx for mentioning google pretending as if I didn't try using it....

you know you totally can know lego melting point with common sense....

also the fact that some are not much of a case and more of a box which isn't really the point I could just use some metal sheets and done???

Honestly I'd say build an Lego case the looks and is as similar to a real one as possible. Ensure that all the components will fit as much as possible. Then disassemble in cunks and use super glue or model glue to individually secure the bricks to each other, making and ridged and sturdy block of plastic. Then begin fitting components like Mobo mounts and fans, use a drill to make the screw wholes needed to mount.
