micro atx mobos overheat

so, i want to get a micro atx board (the asrock b450m pro4), but i've heard they, as in all micro atxs, have less heatsinks than atx boards (correct me if i'm wrong). does this drastically affect overclocking, since my build will be using a r5 2600 that will be overclocked to 4.0 GHz?
