sub 400$ laptop recommendations?

hi, my sister needs a laptop for web browsing, casual computing and playing light games like the sims, preferably 6 or 8gb of ram, 500+gb of hdd or 120gb ssd. I was looking at this laptop https://www.bestbuy.ca/en-ca/product/hp-15-6-touchscreen-laptop-grey-amd-a9-9420-1tb-hdd-8gb-ram-windows-10/11558154.aspx  with an amd a9 9420 apu but if you guys have any other suggestions im all ears! budget is about 400$ (500 cad) thanks

Your link is a laptop with HDD. This is slow.
