I have a similar system with a worse CPU, motherboard, and CPU cooler but four times more RAM. $800 CAD sounds pretty decent IMO.

Funny, kid. Unless the people stating pricing live in the same place he does, down to town, or he plans to sell on Reddit, the price is inaccurate.

I got $375 for a GTX 980 where I live now. At my parents, I'd get something closer to $425. In Vancouver, more like $300. Location plays into price in a massive way, and without checking what his local market is like, he could easily be losing out on quite a bit of money.
