1080Ti - DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE REMOVED

Go to solution Solved by Terabyte_272,

I found a fourm talking about this issue its seems to be a voltage problem some people had a few ways that they solved this problem so check the link in this post https://forums.geforce.com/default/topic/532657/geforce-experience/dxgi-error-device-removed/

Hello,

since I've built my PC I've experienced game crashes (visually freezing and not responding, forcing a close via task manager), only at graphically demanding games(once the GPU's 3D usage reaches 100 %). The error message would be 'DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED' or similiar. I've not overclocked my GPU by myself above the factory OC, though underclocking the Core Clock by 50-100 MHz fixes it for some games. All the latest GPU drivers have been reinstalled as well as a fresh reinstallation Windows. I've tried  Could it be because of the PSU? I have also tried changing the TDR delay without success. Any help would be appreciated.

My PC's specs are:

MSI Z370 Gaming Pro Carbon

Intel i7 8700K

Aorus GTX 1080Ti Extreme Edition 11GB

Dark Rock Pro 11 750W 80 Plus Platinum

16 GB DDR4 2666 MHz Ram

Crucial MX300 256 GB SSD

Seagate 4 TB HDD
