What is with consoles and linus

Thats fair, there are some pre-windows vista games that have problems on a modern OS. There are definitely patches/updates made for some older games, whether official or fan made, that get really old games to work. I remember having a game made for windows 98 to work on my windows 10 laptop using a fan made patch. I believe everything for windows vista and onward should be 100% compatible though since they all have a very similar framework.

Still haven't gotten Hard Truck 2 to work. . . :(

I have Need for Speed Underground 2 working, if that counts. . .

Because of the lack if RGB. Linus believes anything short of NY square levels of RGB us blasphemy

I find a lot of older games I try work okay...but with quality of life issues.

Most common ones seem to be the need for widescreen hacks, and DirectInput fixes for using anything but the default keyboard controls. I'm looking at you, racing games.
