No, you can build your own for cheaper or a little more that's way more powerful and future proof

Then show it built cheaper, because this is what I ended up with, and its same quality of parts or worse.

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8400 2.8GHz 6-Core Processor  ($199.79 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Gigabyte - B360M DS3H Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard  ($65.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory  ($72.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Kingston - A400 120GB 2.5" Solid State Drive  ($28.99 @ B&H)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($43.90 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Zotac - GeForce GTX 1060 3GB 3GB Mini Video Card  ($219.89 @ OutletPC)
Case: NZXT - S340 (White) ATX Mid Tower Case  ($70.46 @ Newegg)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM (2015) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($46.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $749.00
Prices include shipping, taxes, and discounts when available

That being said, if you take it switch over to Ryzen, you could build something actually decent. For about the same price.
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4GHz 6-Core Processor  ($165.99 @ Amazon)
Motherboard: ASRock - B450M-HDV Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard  ($68.71 @ Newegg)
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory  ($154.99 @ Amazon)
Storage: Western Digital - Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive  ($43.90 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: Gigabyte - GeForce GTX 1060 6GB 6GB WINDFORCE OC 6G Video Card  ($269.99 @ Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master - MasterBox Lite 5 RGB ATX Mid Tower Case  ($69.99 @ B&H)
Power Supply: Corsair - CXM (2015) 450W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply  ($46.99 @ Newegg)

You could switch to a rx 580, and bring the cost down to $800 flat

I have that exact case, It has really bad intake airflow and loud ( which you can see theirs not many vents on the front) I'm ordering a new case soon. (that case was like 30$ at a micro center). However I do have a 1080 ti in my system, non blower style which makes a lot of heat.

but more importantly it doesn't rgb...
