motherboard start with Z / X high end ( for OC )

while 

H / B

H is way better for Non OC

had more usb ports can install M.2 More and better features than B

B for business

Above 2666MHz is considered an overclock, and is allowed on locked CPUs. It does make a difference to performance, quite significantly, depending on the application.
