Want to build my PC on budget. My components are https://pcpartpicker.com/list/rctrpG

Is there anything to change on this price range to get most efficient build?

I wouldn't use the case because it has bad air flow, i recommend the fractal design focus g, also maybe using a i5 8600k, which is cheaper but nearly just as good as the i7, and I would get around 2600 memory ram (it honesty doesn't affect performance that much) and put that money into a better graphics card

PC: CPU: i5-9600k - CPU Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4 - GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 5700 XT 8GB GDDR6 - Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 - RAM: Team - T-Force Delta RGB 16 GB DDR4-3000 - PSU: Corsair - TXM Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply - Case: Thermaltake - Core G21 TG

The purpose is probably gaming, and assuming it is, he really doesn't need an i7-8700 for Gaming, I mean if he paired something like a 1080ti or Vega 56, then it would make sense to go for an i7 or Ryzen 7. But because he is using a 1050ti, he should be fine with a Ryzen 5 1600 or an i5-8700. Also, stepping down to a 128 GB SSD would make your build of better value. About the PSU, if he plans to use it for heavy workloads, and longer constant load, then he might need to consider an EVGA 80+GOLD or a Corsair CX series.PSU. Need more info on your budget and workload  to provide you with the best possible value build parts.
