Help!

My Intel core i3 is overheating to 105celsius. And idealing at 65celsius with stockcooler that has normaly never been hoter than 60celsius. 

What can problem be?

Either the termal sensor is broken, or the heatsink is mounted wrongly. Does the cpu fan spin?

Maybe try replacing the thermal paste. Also check the contact to make sure the cooler is physically touching the cpu

The cpu fan i spinning.

The thermal compound is ca 5 years old.

Try remounting and while you are at it, change the thermal paste.

Reseat cooler. Also could you take better pic, one where I could see sensor names? You can use Printscreen function.

I like to see full picture. And it doesn't hurt anyone that I'm asking kindly, does it?

Ya didn't say please  Anyway, I suppose to really get a full picture, a graph of useage/temp/fanspeed from boot would be ideal, HWmonitor can only do so much.
