Neighborhood Networking

hello all,

 

i've been thinking about building a neighborhood wireless network. i want to serve some local video website, it's like i want to build offline network youtube sites.

let's assume that the client is around 50 to 100 users (using mobile and laptop).

 

so whats best stuff i have to pick for my server and networking hardware to run the network without any problems? that;s the question.

what kind of data storage server i have to build? what kind of cable, switch, and routers i have to choose?

 

hope i can have the answer from you guys.

 

and one more thing, best budget for sure.
