So how awful of an idea would it be to align AIO's in a fan -> rad -> fan -> rad -> fan -> rad -> fan configuration (4 fans 3 rads). I fully understand each time it passes through a radiator the air gets more hot. but the reason i ask is to make a SFF(small form factor) case with a ATX motherboard and 3 AIO 120mm loops.

People have done things more strange than that, but it would probably work as long as you use high static pressure fans.

Maybe with all the fans it'll help force the dust outta the system too

No, nearly all the dust would just be caught by the radiators. 3 rads is a lot to push through, so there likely wouldn't be much pressure anyways.

Why wouldn't you orient the 3 radiators around the motherboard( semi-standard arrangment)? Or perhaps parallel to it(Intake from the side of a standard case down to the motherboard)?

Stacking Rads have depreciating effects on cooling especially for an AIO since it would cool less further down the line, compared to say a fully integrated custom loop.

Im trying to build a super SFF case with 3 rads 2 gpus and a atx motherboard! Normally i have 2 fans per rad bc they are only 120mms and they need the extra air to stay cool. With all the parts tho i have to cut some corners and save as much space as possable
