probably looking at a prebuilt used 300$ machine and drop a gpu and ssd into it. 

if you buy all new separate parts at a 600$ budget it'll be slower new parts rather than faster used parts.

Just find these parts at your retailers? you don't need a GPU to run fortnite on the R3 2200G so long as you have near 3000mhz RAM

 

motherboard should be an ASrock Pro 4 or MSI Tomahawk only


Just buy an RX 570/580 later if there's a good deal happening.
