Posted September 12, 2018 Assuming your TV is connected via wireless, when you're using Plex you don't get the option to cast to it? It may be worth your while to get a Chromecast. Basically, these are DLNA filters, not folders, as mentioned above. You should ideally be using the actual Plex App to watch content from Plex. You could also use Kodi as the player, which can connect to Plex (there's even a Plex Add-on now). But ultimately it comes down to what apps your TV supports.
