https://pi-top.com. You could easily put a more powerful dev board in there like a panda or something. Also the screen and keyboard could be much smaller. I made a "laptop" with a keyboard to play retro games on. It fit in an altoids tin and ran off a 13000mah battery bank. Ran for a very long time and was the screen was the same foot print as the pi itself

Just keeping this here as a I fail to see the point when really, a full sized laptop isn't much larger but can offer significantly more performance.
