Cannot re activate windows 10

First of all i get the os from dream spark then i upgrade it to win 10. And i dont have the serial key anymore.

 

I tried to re activate windows 10 after changing my motherboard.

I tried multiple times and the result are the same. And when i check my account, there is 2 device. One with the old mobo and the other one with the new mobo. Please help thanks

If it won't activate again, it's likely an OEM key. In which case, you'll have to call Microsoft to unregister it from your old board.

Dreamspark keys are always OEM keys in the sense that they can only be used on ONE hardware ID at a time. Switching motherboards is against the licene agreement for OEM keys and that's why your license is no longer valid. You'll need to unregister the other device. Call Microsoft.

So, you have Microsoft Account linked before you swap motherboard?
