USB not outputing enough power

The USB ports on my computer are not giving enough power to power my behringer uphoria um2. I have tried different cables and they have not worked. I've tried different devices my laptop and even my phone with a little adapter and they HAVE worked. Ive tried to uninstall and reinstall the USB drivers and I've tried all the ports. And my mouse and keyboard also work. Any help? My mobo is MSI 970a gaming pro carbon and my psu is an evga next 750 it's 80 plus bronze.

Don't feel stupid, drivers can be unpredictable sometimes. Glad to hear you got it fixed :)
