Try to connect the HDMI or DVI cable into the motherboard... or to the graphics card... try to the motherboard first.. and then, look if the BIOS recognizes your GPU, or overall your system.

I would consider RMAing that GPU. It sounds like it's broken. But it could simply be a faulty HDMI cord.

Otherwise, try to boot to Windows without the GPU (your 4670k has an iGPU). From there, use something like Driver Sweeper to uninstall the AMD graphics driver. Then plug your GPU back in, and boot to the desktop. If you're still having issues, it's most likely a hardware problem. If you're good, then you can go to amd.com and grab the most recent drivers.

Grey black screen is a connector faulty. I realised that now, your cable isn't good. Try another one.. or srsly, connect it to your motherboard and try.

If not.. it might be your card..

My GPU gives out no output so I'm using the I gpu on my 4670k and that gives the grey and black

yes I have

Try clearing the cmos and re-seating the gpu in the pcie slot.

This usually works for me.
