Case fan filters

ATM and only temporarily, i have 3 case fans with a hyper 212 as the cpu cooler. I have a meshify C case and how should i setup my case fans? Should i have 2 in the front and 1 in the back? 1 front, top and back? Also do i need case fan filters on the front cuz the meshify c has some soft mesh thing on the front panel but idk if its a filter or not.

2 front intake, 1 rear exhaust. The front mesh is a filter.
