Short answer: YES

Long answer: There are some people who steal other people's content, but most people make their own content.

This is such broken English, but I think I can understand.

You can play games at your leisure as long as the game doesn't have any copyrighted content such as music. As for using other channel's footage such as compilations, that usually needs credit but most don't bother unfortuantely.

If you don't care about your videos being monetized, just pick a song and put the title and creator in the description, and the video will get a copyright claim. All that means is that advertisements will run on the video and any money generated will be sent to the publisher. If you do want to monetize your videos, you either have to find royalty free music or make your own.

YouTube has a selection hidden somewhere.

I use freemusicarchive.org or something like that.

Basically just search CC music or Creative Commons music on google or whatever search engine.

Make sure you read the license for the songs. 90% of one of my videos got muted ruining it because the CC song was Creative Commons for listening, not for use in any financial gain. Presuming you want to make money on YouTube.

No, to the first one, since it would violate the artist's copyright. If you want music to play In your videos, then go download some from the YouTube Audio Library.

There will be instructions on how to credit the artist, or you can pick music that doesn't require credit.

Trailers are also copyrighted material, so the owner of the material can claim your video if you show a trailer. However, it's doubtful that they will, but do it at your own risk.
