what is your budget? you could get a used card, the R9 290x from AMD is selling as low as 100 euro's these days. tough your CPU would be a bit of a bottleneck.

Second hand market is quite big right now, and may even grow in ~two weeks when benchmarks of the upcoming nvidia cards get released. I've seen a lot of cheap R9 Fury, Fury X, old Maxwell Titans, 980Tis and whatnot. If it's comparable to GTX 1060/1050 Ti but costs less - worth keeping an eye on ebay. Also depending on budget some second hand 1080Ti may fit the bill too, because 2080Ti.
