Depends on the games he/she want to play. You could look into going for an I3, and a 1060 instead.

But would recommend an AMD CPU at the pricepoint, cheaper cpu and motherboard. AMD has better overclocking potensial at that price point, and the intel mobo chosen isn't overclockable.

Sorry for the few off Capital letters in my posts, it does it on its own when I Write in English, since my OS is in another Language. It's annoying.

I would go for a Ryzen at this pricepoint, Intel is just not going to get you far, unless your friend REALLY wants Intel. Also, where is the SSD? It doesn't matter if its a cheap build, an SSD is a MUST

Bow down to me humans.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

He hasn't a bigger Budget, so 1060 and i7 isn't possible together

Its a bad idea to purposly limit yourself to the more expensive of the 2 manufacturers available on CPU and GPU when you on such a low end budget.

At this price point a AMD CPU really is the best option imo, this will allow you to get a stronger GPU and in the end have a much better gaming experience.

For example. Asuming £600 budget
