I cant afford a ssd but I got a new HDD and it didnt fix it.

It being new means nothing, a mechanical HDD is still a mechanical HDD and it'll be slow. There is no magic bullet to that, other than buying an SSD or setting up some RAID-system.

So I have been having this pc issue for about 1 year now and I have tried everything. My pc has been really slow and in task manager my disk has been at 100% most of the time.  I do not have money to upgrade so this is really all I have got. have replaced the hard drive and disabled many programs nothing seems to be working.

They are my specs using the program Speccy and all my drivers are up to date.

You got a hdd. Thats your problem. Get a ssd

Task management screenshot? Whats using the disk?

I cant afford a ssd but I got a new HDD and it didnt fix it.

the system is using most of the disk right now, when something uses 1MB/s of my disk it says that is 100%

Here is a video of my trying to load a video it does the same with all programs :

why do you have such a high bitrate video? thats your problem there. You need a ssd to play that.

It sounds like a hardware problem, the HDD is just old and slow. Not much anyone can do.

did you see that video? The system is fine untill he trys to play that video. Almost anysystem will struggle with a bitrate that high. Appears to be 3.1 gbit video.

Mate I said before if I open music or google chrome or a game it goes to 100% instantly

Continuously saying I need an SSD is not helping

That video is a bad example. Why do you have such a high bitrate.

Yea it will max out opening programs. There is a good amount of files that need to be loaded, Not much you can do. Really a ssd is the only solution here. More ram also helps as its used as a cache. But there is no magic solution.

Well, yes. You just gotta start saving up money for it.

Trying to look close at the Google Chrome entry in the pic on the right side of the screen.  Blew the screen to full size and I believe the number says 33.  Is that correct?  That means you have a LOT of things going on in the background with Chrome.  Things such as AdBlocker, AdBlocker Plus, Adobe Acrobat Reader and Speedtest.  If you actually have 33 items running in Chrome, that is going to really kill your speed among other things.  Might want to get rid of a bunch of those.  Can't imagine why you would want so many anyway.

The SSD idea is a great idea, but in the meantime, get rid of some of those things running in Chrome.

Additionally,

Go to the processes tab and see which process is using all the disk. Also, you can test the drive with some HDD testing tool: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
Sometimes, 100% disk usage could be observed in cases of failing HDD.
