How can I move windows from a SSD to a Samsung 970 Evo

Can maybe someone tell me / help me on how I can move my running Windows 10 (only the OS) from my SanDisk SSD to a new 970 Evo without installing windows fresh or any other program that's installed?

Thanks for the included links! But for now, I only want my Windows 10 moved to the m.2, not everything from the old ssd because I also want to use the old ssd for other stuff on my PC.
