I have no Idea how to overclock the memory properly and am asking help for overclocking the 4 sticks of 32gb memory i have. The currently set speed is 2133mhz, I have checked that my cpu will only except up to 2933mhz but the particular mob will except higher speeds just need some good help and ideas of what to do exactly. I think my approach is all over the place and I am confusing myself in the process.

In your BIOS you need to activate the DOCP. It's the profile programmed into the RAM for the advertised speeds. You may need to make some further adjustment to voltages if you can't get the DOCP speed stable. Those voltages are the SOC voltage and the DRAM voltage. If needed -- change SOC to 1.1V and if the DOCP setting for the DRAM voltage is 1.35 then bump that up to 1.4V and work your way towards lower stable voltage. I've found it can be less frustrating to work from a stable state.
