So I had to do a project with paint on my hands and I had to do it for 5 hours or so is it normal to feel like you wanna die and feel exhausted as well as sick

What paint was it? Try taking a nap or something, and if it doesn't go away, go see a doctor.

It was acrylic

Some acrylic paints may be toxic, but I'm no doctor so I can't confirm if what you're feeling is because of the paint or just because you're tired.

If you can talk to a real doctor (preferably a dermatologist) then that'll be a plus for you.

If you have access to the bottle read the label, chances are it's not due to it being on your hands (your hands would hurt/burn etc), it's likely due to either fumes and prolonged exposure (esp in enclosed environments like in a room), or from simply being exhausted.

 

Try going outside for fresh air, if you don't feel better after 30 minutes you should see a doctor, or if you see your hands turning red or have a burning feeling/rash in anyway go see a doctor.

5 hours of anything is really exhausting and in some cases depressing. So if you're asking if it's normal, I'd say it is especially if you don't really take joy on what you're doing. But if you feel sick, then just stop and take a rest. If it didn't go away, go consult a doctor.
