Hp black screen

Hey, my HP laptop randomly goes to a black screen, sometimes with white bars or screen. I have a HP 17-y018ca with Windows 10 on it. It has 12gb of ram, an amd a10-9600p and integrated R5 graphics. There’s a 128gb ssd, the screen is 17 inches and the bios version is F.38. I started having this problem about 1-2 weeks ago out of the blue when using it to play fortnite on GeForceNow and discord. How do I fix this?

Could be a faulty display. Try playing and using it on an external display and see if you get similar issues.
