Would I be able to cool 2 r9 270s and a CPU with a 240mm 60mm thick rad (push pull) and a 240mm 45mm thick rad (pull)?

Yes but why the hell would you want to do that? Get a better video card first because watercooling 270 isn't worth it.

I like the visual appeal of xfire and watercooled cards and if i get a better card i will be without a decent pc for an extra month

Will the fan used make a noticeable difference?
