Hello guys

I recently installed Windows 10 on a PC that my friend gave to me. I installed Windows without the speakers being connected to the PC and also my monitor was connected with an HDMI cable and the monitor had a DVI to HDMI adapter ( I'm not sure if it's DVI-D or DVI-A ) because it doesn't have an HDMI input. So when i plugged in my speakers i saw that Windows didn't recognise them so i thought they were faulty. Then i plugged in my headphones and they too weren't working. i tried reinstalling the audio drivers and i even changed from an AMD graphics card ( HD 6450) to Nvidia (GT 730)  because i thought the AMD drivers were faulty, but still everything remained the same. So i went to troubleshoot the audio with the Windows troubleshooting service and when you have to choose which device to troubleshoot, this first image pops up. And whichever i choose it says that nothing is plugged in. I even went from HDMI to VGA but it changed nothing. Please, guys, help me i'm loosing my mind i tried eeverything i knew5b85b9127bdce_screenshotaudiotrubleshoot.png.9ca50d66924f62197b0713c8e8f91def.png

DVI doesn't carry audio through certain adapters.

One more problem is that the audio inputs aren't even recognised by my pc

Then it's your motherboard drives you need to fix, not your GPU drivers.

The GPU drivers are only for the digital audio through HDMI.

The latest audio driver for my motherboard was in 2011 and its for windows 7. Do you think they will work?

I guess you have audio drivers for digital output but one coming from the analog port in your motherboard needs to be driven by a different driver and to override the output.            Maybe try removing the digital audio drivers from Nvidia from device manager and try updating the whole audio controller elements.

console.log("way to pro");

I already did that before. I deleted everything audio related from device manager and clicked on the button that scans for any changes on the pc but it stayed the same
