it thermal throttles because it's a laptop and is hot and can't cool itself , which isn't a new thing.

it power throttles because it doesn't have as much power running off the battery as it does when it's plugged in. Again  , not a new thing either.

Is there any fix for this? I even undervolted my cpu by -0.165 volts and still getting these issues

in the short term? set the cpu maximum power state to like 50% in the windows power settings.

in the long term? use a desktop , this is what they are made for. they are made to be used heavy and run cool

Thanks, but setting the cpu maximum power state to 50% will reduce the performance of the laptop and I'll mostly be travelling, that's why I use a laptop for intensive tasks.

Yeah , if you want it to run cool ... you have to prevent it from overheating ... by reducing the amount of work it's doing.

Again , it's not a desktop. It's not going to run infinitely fast and never overheat. There's no solution for that.

The solution is to use a machine that is designed to do that.
