Laptop suggestions

Hey all, I'm not 100% sure if this is the correct place to post this, so my apologies in advance if that's the case. I'm looking to pick up a gaming laptop, I've got my normal gaming rig that I built about 2 or so years ago now, but I'm looking at something that I can use on the couch or when I go visit my folks. I tried to find options for streaming PC games to my iPad but nothing seemed to work with my smart cover keyboard. The game I'll mostly be playing is WoW, but I'll likely play some of my Steam games as well. I'm a bit out of touch with gaming laptops, haven't bought any gaming grade laptops since college(10ish years ago), so I'm curious what everyone's opinions are. I've been eyeing the 2018 Razer, I took a quick look at the ROG laptops and because I'm behind the walled garden, the new Macbooks (I know not great for gaming). Thanks for any advice on the topic!

either way with regards to actual laptops the Razer Blade 15 looks like a good option but we don't know if it will suffer the Razer QC plague. The ASUS ROG Strix SCAR might be worth considering if you're willing to deal with a bit of weight for the extra power or (imo the best option) the Gigabyte Aero 15X 2nd gen : Same specs as the Razer Blade, better looking IMO and doesn't suffer from QC failiures AFAIK
