I’ve built my first PC, I have a bootable Windows 10 USB and when I try to boot it looks like it’s booting from the USB (windows 10 loading circle) and then my computer restarts. The computer has plenty of power going through it and I have no idea what to do so I can finally boot into Windows 10 and use my computer.

If its a reletivly new PC it matters how you made the Win10 USB.

Since you probably have a UEFI bios so if you havent made GPT partition on the USB to put the installer on it wont work.

When i ask for more specs, don't expect me to know the answer!

Is there a way I can check if it’s a GPT partition or not, because the USB does boot for a while, (it shows the loading screen) then it restarts so yeah. I think the USB is fine

Uhm, if theres not OS then not that easy. Maybe on another PC you can see it with diskmanager.
But if you made it with Windows app it should be GPT as soon as you select win10 ISO. And in RUFUS you need to select it sometimes.

Yeah it was done with the Windows app so I’m not sure what the issue is.

Indeed. Since it does boot from USB but then stops. Do you have another USB stick to try?
Or maybe put the ISO on there again, i've had it not go well and i needed to redo the USB stick.

But if that is'nt it, i'm sorry i'm out of options.

Tried a different USB and the same error occurred...

This is so sad I’ve been trying to fix this for a month now and have had absolutely no luck and just time wasted. Also here’s my PC specs if anyone needs them: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/b6gBzY

Have you tried using a DVD to install Windows?

Have you tried installing older Windows O.S. like Windows 7 and WIndows 8.1 and set the same problem.

Create a Linux Live USB or download a Linux bootable DVD and see if you can boot with that.  I leave the Linux version up to you. :D
