Both are awful cards. At this class of hardware it's hard to tell if one is better than the other. They are both ment to display video and that is it.

IGPU because that dosent cost money

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

ahh i'm just asking, i do have some other choices but they're selling closer to where i live and that's why i'm thinking about it,
forgt630 2gb it's $30 and for gt710 2gb it's under $50 (but they might sell me cheaper)

Check what a new GT 1030 costs. It's like 200 per cent better.

but i'm thinking of buyung between this two: GTX650 2gb gddr5 128bit $40 and GTX460 ddr5 1gb 192bi $30, they're in other city and have to ship it here but it's not guaranteed, they say it's working perfectly, but you can never be too sure

That's a horrible suggestion. Don't ever tell anyone to get a 1030. It's weaker than a GTX 750, and costs more than twice as much.

thank you for suggestions but the thing is that i'm low in budget i need gpu unde $40 asap and thus i'm thinking about gt630 and gt730 because they're closer and it's guaranteed they'll work, but i've also found GTX650 2gb gddr5 128bit  and GTX460 ddr5 1gb 192bit, but not buying them because they are far from here, they have to ship it, and i can not 100% sure it'll work, they say it's working, but as i said you can never be too sure... what i do need your suggestions about is which one is better between: gt630 2gb vs gt710 2gb and gtx460 vs gtx650

gt630 costs $31, gt710 $60 (because it's new, but they may be sell me cheaper), gxt460 for $31, gtx650 $40

GPUs don't degrade, there's no reason to buy an old one new. You're wasting your money by getting a GT model. They're less powerful than an iGPU. All you'll do is spend lots of money and get less performance.

Look for a used GTX 750 Ti for around $50.

Buy used, around that price there are a lot of better alternatives: GTX 650/750/460/550ti or HD 7770

Take a look for an hd 7850. It should be obtainable in the pricerange of yours. Its a pretty good card for the price

The hd cards are nice since they are based on CGN which gives great driversupport even today. Hd 7770 or an 7850 would be the better choices imo

Get a Ryzen 5 2400G and be done with it. You will get 10 FPS on everything if you buy those GPUs

Best of the bunch if you can't find a 750/750 Ti for $50-$60

I've used both 630 and 710, they're awful for gaming.

The GT series have always been cash grabs. In reality each model has been priced at least twice what it's worth.

I just listed some other options, but I agree, the 7770 is the best in that price range.

Btw UserBenchmark is a handy-dandy way of checking relative GPU performance.

hey thanks for all the suggestions i've found some benchmarks i couldn't  found hd7850 and gtx750 for fair price (too much for my budget) on the benchmarks gtx460 1gb beat hd7770 and gtx650 and because of tat and a bit because gtx460 costs cheaper i'm going to buy gtx460 1gb, i don't need high fps or settings, my monitor is 768p
my specs are
intell core 2 duo e8400 3ghz
4gb ddr2 ram 2x 2x
gpu gt220 1gb

i hope it serves me well on 720p lowest setting hopefuly 30fps

thanks for the suggestions
