PC Freezing Help

[Sweeet]

First I thought it was a GPU problem but the monitor plugged into my motherboard graphics is also freezing.

Things I have done/noticed for:

• My GPU is not overheating
• My CPU is not overheating
• I have disabled any overclocks and the problem persisted
• My memory usage will max out at 100% before reaching 16gb usage.
• My SSD just got full (Doesn't have windows or games on it)
• During the freeze it will also freeze inputs from mouse/keyboard

What should I do to find out what the problem is and what should I do to get rid of the problem

this once happened to me because windows files got corrupted and i reinstalled windows from a usb but idk if thats your problem so maybe keep that as a last resort

I had the same problem and a windows reinstall solved it.
