Audio Impedance question

So I am planning on upgrading my headphones, I am looking at things such as the DT 700 Pro's but there are multiple options for impedance. For the same price I can get either 80 or 250 OHM.

 

How large would the difference between 80 and 250 OHM in quality be is my main question?

 

The portable amp I am looking at will be fine for both but I will also need to buy one for my desk.
