To try and answer your question, I guess, in a way it may be possible but there would be a lot of strings attached and hurdles to overcome.  You're not the first to ask that question so to get further information, check out some of the information given in the websites below.

What you're trying to do would take a lot of effort and not be worth it just so you could test a keyboard.
Why do you need to practice using a keyboard?

No, its not possible for various reasons.

No, Keyboard should work as a Standard Keyboard with the PS4.

 

That is if the application you want to use actually supports Keyboards wich is rather rare...
