Does your XPS have a Killer WiFi card? If so, uninstall the Killer Control Centre software, then download the latest Killer WiFi drivers only from their website. I have an XPS 15 and it sleeps then wakes up just fine with WiFi working afterward. https://www.killernetworking.com/driver-downloads/category/other-downloads

Desktop: KiRaShi-Intel-2022 (i5-12600K, RTX2060) Mobile: OnePlus 5T | Koodo - 75GB Data + Data Rollover for $45/month

I found that adjusting the power settings for the wifi adapater fixed the issue for me.  I would see it stop work about 50% of the time after waking from sleep.  Now it never happens.

I also did a reformat of the laptop and installed drivers/software selectively from scratch which seems to have helped also.
