It's a GT 520.

I unfortunately can't quite read the numbers on this card, so can't say for sure.

Try Googling the different model numbers on the back and you should find them online.

 

Usually the number on the back of the card, next to the FCC logo yields good results. But it's probably a GT X10 tier of GPU.

It looks a little older than a 710, but definitely in the same or similar boat in terms of performance.

 

I would guess 400-500 series.

It's a GT 520, the model number is P131 and when you put that into Google it comes up with GT 520 results.
