I am trying to upgrade my AMD computer...(This rig was built years ago to run battlefield 4 at full specs)...recently my graphics card and power supply stop working. (Upgraded my windows to windows ten and everything went crazy) I added a new power supply and I need help to figure out the best and yet cost efficient for graphics card and other parts. I mainly use my rig for digital artwork...games and live stream on twitch.

Thank you for your help.

Looks good. I'd personally swap for the B450 version (~$10 more) since it has guaranteed CPU support.

I'd say the B350 version is quite likely to work as well.

B450 has support for the new technologies like StoreMI so if OP gets an ssd then it'll work similarly to Intel's Optane cache drive. Faster game load times in commonly accessed titles.

StoreMI isn't really a good selling point, imo. Just using an SSD as an SSD would be better anyway.

Yeah, if you ask the seller to update the BIOS before shipping.

Doesn't change the fact. You can't assume that new parts come with the latest BIOS installed. I've seen too damn many people buying Ryzen 2 and 300 boards that weren't compatible yet.
