Does Ebay Take The fee from the final Price OR Does the fee come out the Bank?

WolfLoverPro

Like if i sell something

10% ebay

1.6% paypal

sold my item for £100

[ my profit here]

Does the fees come out of my final price so it adds however much to my paypal with the fee not added

OR DOES

the money go into the account but you have to pay the paypal and ebay fee seperate from your bank or paypal account?

reason im asking is beacuse i want to sell somthing on there without my bank connected to paypal

as you can recievee money but not spend so like if i sold somthing and had no bank i couldnt pay fees

but if it takes fees out the final price i can just not worry and sell without a bank card and then it just adds the funds to my paypal ?

IIRC.

eBay fees are separate.

PayPal takes its cut automatically.

Yes.  Having sold stuff on ebay it works like this.

You get a monthly statement from ebay based on how much you sold and that's what you pay separately either through a debit card, bank, or paypal.
