I'm currently in a masters program for IT and right now I'm taking a Management course thats mostly reading and writing focused.  In the meantime I'm looking for ways to improve my coding skills and other things I'll need to know prior to taking the more hands on technical course.  I do have some entry-mid level IT experience mostly with web development, helpdesk, and junior sys admin duties though I do see the need to improve in those areas if I'm to be successful.  Fortunately my program offers a free subscription to lynda.com which I plan on using.  I was wondering if anyone had course suggestions for topics in C#, Java, and database fundamentals.  Thanks again for any suggestions.
