High Core Voltage? i7-4770 non-K & High Temperatures

So lately my CPU temps have been super high, even for idle (around 40-50) and when it's max CPU usage it hits the 90's. I just re-applied thermal paste and it gives the same readings, I just thought looking at the core voltages might help and all of them say around 1.5v when it hits a load. I don't know much about this topic so I thought someone might have an idea.

I've never really tampered with BIOS settings before either, I had my brother help me set this computer up

what the heck!!! 1.506 V is insanely high. You need to undervolt that asap! Put it below 1.35v. Your idle temp is not that important but your load temp is concerning. It should be in high 80s at MAX. You need to undervolt that ASAP

Yeah after this post I went into the BIOS and changed it to 1.25v, and Now my load temps doesn't even exceed 71, I bought this CPU and MOBO used, I guess that was the one possibility of it being like this in the first place
