I banned roblox from my house. For whatever reason the kids always manage to get malware on various machines due to that game. If you do some digging in various tools you will also see a decent amount of malicious content comes from roblox.

There is no such thing as malware and other viruses in Roblox. Perhaps they downloaded the game launcher from an untrusted website?

But if you kids downloaded some type of currency generator, everyone who has been on the platform for some time knows that it doesn't work. Perhaps this link shall help you.

Of course this is the type of information you will get from roblox itself. They are going to be vague and blame it on anything and everything user related, but that is a very common way to cover up these types of things.
