Windows Subordinate CA help

Hi, I hope you guys can help me. I'm trying to issue a Sub CA certificate to my server. Both Servers are running Server 2016 Standard. I'd like the Sub CA have multiple purposes, Such as OCSP Singing, High Assurance and more.

 

I've got the CAPolicy.inf info here. How can I add extra polices?
