PC Evolution Kit - worth it ?

I am in France, and I saw a pc evolution kit which is currently discounted

mobo : MSI Z370 Gaming Plus, CPU : Intel I7 8700k, Ram 2X 8 GB G.Skill Ripjaws V DDR4 (3200mhz), SSD : 970E EVO NVM.E M.2 500GB

 

Is it worth it for the current money ?

 

I want to make a WHOLE pc with it, I already got the GPU (1070ti), so I'd need Cooling, PC Case, and PSU right ?

It seems to be worth the price yes, especially if you get it for the discounted price.

That is correct. That's a mighty deal. I recommend any tower Noctua coolers or the huge Be Quiet coolers.

I need a PSU, a PC Case, and a Cooling solution that goes alongside these specs, can anybody propose me the 3 ?

Well if you don't have a set budget then:

Case - Define R6 or PC-O11 Dynamic

PSU - EVGA Supernova G3 650

Cooling - Noctua NH-D15 Redux (if you want black fans)
