Looking For very cheap HDMI audio extractor

As the title suggests, I am looking for a way to make the audio from an HDMI source convert into aux and hdmi output for a monitor and speaker setup. I need a way to do that (preferably under $15) and the monitor doesn't have an audio passthrough
