Bottleneck? R7 1700 gtx 1070 ti?

Thinking of pairing an r7 1700 with a gtx 1070 ti would that bottleneck? I was looking at I5 cpus versus my ryzen and the performance gains are 5%~ , so I was looking to upgrade my RX 580 8GB

at stock 3ghz with 2133 ram yes with a 4ghz oc and 3200mgh ram u will be ok for gaming but its literly like a 30 percent gain in games for a 1700 with a oc and ram speeds
