Ryzen 5 1600 cpu Max Boost Clock

I am wondering how i can get the Max Boost Clock(3,6GHz) that amd says i can. I can do it without messing with the voltage only by messing with the clock speed? Thanks in advance

You get it by turning on your pc. It's automatic. Is your question about overclocking your 1600?

Ryzen 5 1600 @ 3.9 Ghz  | Gigabyte AB350M Gaming 3 |  PaliT GTX 1050Ti  |  8gb Kingston HyperX Fury @ 2933 Mhz  |  Corsair CX550m  |  1 TB WD Blue HDD

Inside some old case I found lying around.

I believe it also depends on how many cores is under load. 1/2 core/s? Yeah, it'll turbo up to 3.6. But I don't think all cores turbo up to 3.6 out of the box.

Also if the cooler isn't good enough (or the case chokes the components) it would downclock.
