Python Certification

Hey guys, I wanted to know if any of you guy have ever taken a Certification test, especially for Python. I've been trying to get certified but I'm curious to what the test format will be like. I've taken several, practice test and all of them have been multiple choice. (here is where I take the test https://www.techgig.com/skilltest/python) If any of you guys have experience with this please let me know. Also if you have any other websites where I can practice for taking a certification test please let me know. Thanks in advance

It's hard to set a value for some "certificates". Employer will likely want to see some of your code, your projects and so on. Certificates don't show how you program and what software stack you know.
